Refunds and Returns

If you come across any issues with our products, we will make it right. We want to make your life easier! Please contact us at with any return or refund requests.

  • SPH has a 30-day period to return or replace UNUSED, DAMAGED, or DEFECTIVE parts only; no exceptions.
  • Products must be opened and inspected by the customer withing 5 days upon delivery, and if there are any concerns, these must be reported via email to SPH within those 5 days. Any inquiries after 5 days will not be eligible for refund, return or exchange. Return products must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
  • All apparel, custom-ordered parts, and sale items are non-refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • RC Components: Since each set of wheels are custom ordered to your car, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are permitted for defective products only.
  • Any Defective product will be replaced by Saiki Parts House, and we will cover your shipping and handling costs.
  • All unused products (with exceptions detailed above) may be returned for refund. The customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
  • Returned items will be sent to SPH headquarters in Nampa, Idaho.
