Refunds and Returns
If you come across any issues with our products, we will make it right. We want to make your life easier! Please contact us at SaikiPartsHouse@gmail.com with any return or refund requests.
- SPH has a 30-day period to return or replace UNUSED, DAMAGED, or DEFECTIVE parts only; no exceptions.
- Products must be opened and inspected by the customer withing 5 days upon delivery, and if there are any concerns, these must be reported via email to SPH within those 5 days. Any inquiries after 5 days will not be eligible for refund, return or exchange. Return products must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
- All apparel, custom-ordered parts, and sale items are non-refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- RC Components: Since each set of wheels are custom ordered to your car, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are permitted for defective products only.
- Any Defective product will be replaced by Saiki Parts House, and we will cover your shipping and handling costs.
- All unused products (with exceptions detailed above) may be returned for refund. The customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
- Returned items will be sent to SPH headquarters in Nampa, Idaho.
